By accessing or using our services, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms, including:

• The specific terms and conditions of each product

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

3.1 Right to Use

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and conditions.

3.2 Requirements for Use

• You must be at least 20 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
• You must comply with applicable laws
• You are responsible for the use of your account

3.3 Geographic Restrictions

Our services are designed primarily for users in Thailand. Use from other countries may be restricted.

4.1 Creating an Account

• You must create an account to use some services
• The information you provide must be accurate, complete and up to date
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential
• You must not share your account with others

4.2 Responsibility for Your Account

You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you notice any unauthorized use, please tell us immediately.

4.3 Suspension and Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if we find a violation of these Terms.

The Service and all Content, including but not limited to software, code, designs, graphics, logos, text and other materials, are the property of KTNBS or its licensors and are protected under:

• The Copyright Act B.E. 2537 (1994)
• The Trademark Act B.E. 2534 (1991)
• The Patent Act B.E. 2522 (1979)
• Other applicable intellectual property laws

You agree not to do any of the following:

Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and possible legal action.

7.1 Pricing

• Prices are shown in Thai baht (THB) and exclude 7% VAT
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice
• The price that applies is the price at the time the order is confirmed

7.2 Payment

• Pay by bank transfer, credit card or another specified method
• Pay according to the terms in the quotation or invoice
• Late payment may incur a penalty of 1.5% per month

7.3 Tax Invoices

We will issue a full tax invoice within 7 business days after receiving payment.

8.1 Cancellation Policy

• Before delivery: you may cancel; 100% refund less a 10% processing fee.
• After delivery: cancellation is not possible (software and digital services).
• Hardware: returnable within 7 days (in perfect condition, unopened).

8.2 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 30 business days through the same channel used for payment.

9.1 Warranty

We warrant that:

• The Service will work according to the specifications in the documentation
• The Service will be available at least 99.5% of the time (SLA)
• Products meet the standard of quality

9.2 Limitations of Warranty

Except as stated above, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not warrant:

• That the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• That all defects will be corrected
• The results obtained from using the Service
• Compatibility with other software

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KTNBS shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, special or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profit or revenue
• Business interruption
• Damage caused by improper use
• Damage caused by third parties
• Force majeure

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KTNBS, its employees, directors and agents from claims, damages and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your improper use of the Service
• Your infringement of third parties' rights
• Your provision of false information

We reserve the right to amend, add to or change these Terms at any time, and will notify you through the website or by email.

• Minor changes: take effect immediately when announced.
• Significant changes: 30 days prior notice.
• Continued use: is deemed acceptance of the new Terms.

If you do not agree, please stop using the Service and contact us to close your account.

13.1 Termination by You

You may cancel the Service at any time with 30 days notice.

13.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate the Service immediately if:

• You breach these Terms
• You fail to pay for the Service
• You use the Service unlawfully
• There is a risk to the system or other users

13.3 Effects of Termination

• Your right to use the Service ends immediately
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days (except where the law requires otherwise)
• Fees already paid are not refunded

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.

Dispute Resolution

1. Negotiation: try to resolve the matter through negotiation first.
2. Mediation: use mediation as agreed.
3. Thai courts: the court with jurisdiction in Bangkok shall have jurisdiction.

These Terms are made in Thai and English. In case of any conflict, the Thai version prevails.
